DESCRIPTION
The Maselli LP10 Alcøtracer is an innovative, modular laboratory system specifically designed to measure Alcohol and Extracts in wine, fermenting must, and beer. By combining Refractive Index and Sound Velocity, this optical technology precisely determines Alcohol, Original Extract, and Real Extract. Additionally, a patented method uses the sample’s conductivity to accurately analyze low-alcohol beverages, such as dealcoholized wine and no-alcohol beer. Optional add-on modules can also be integrated to measure dissolved CO2 and Oxygen. Samples can be conveniently drawn directly from a beaker, through the SL01 semi-automatic sampler, or via an 18-slot automated carousel that utilizes a peristaltic pump for continuous operation. All analytical data is seamlessly captured by the integrated software, allowing for comprehensive data analysis and remote sharing.
