UG01 – Optical Oxygen Analyzer

The UG01 is an inline sensor designed for measuring the O2 content in a wide range of applications including power generation, electronics, life sciences, and beverage. The sensor is based on optical florescence quenching technology entirely factory-developed. The sensor is available in two specific measurement ranges 0-2000 ppb or 0-45 ppm. The UG01 was designed to be installed directly into the process pipe with a Varivent fitting. This design guarantees the best hygienic condition for the product. The sensor connects to one of the Maselli user-friendly controllers that display the results locally and provides an output signal that can be used for process control. The analyzers have no moving parts making them robust and practically maintenance free.
